By accessing or using the Ayustri website at ayustri.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Ayustri is a women's wellness information platform. We provide educational content, personalised wellness assessments, and connections to qualified wellness experts. Ayustri is not a medical service, hospital, clinic, or diagnostic facility. Nothing on this Platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The content on Ayustri — including articles, assessments, expert profiles, and wellness plans — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.
Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on Ayustri.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using Ayustri, you represent that you are 18 or older.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content without our written permission.

Our wellness intake form and assessments are designed to help you understand your wellness patterns. The results and reports generated are personalised suggestions based on the information you provide and are not medical diagnoses. Ayustri makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of assessment results.

Ayustri may facilitate connections with third-party wellness experts and practitioners. Any consultation or advice provided by these experts is their own and does not represent the views of Ayustri. Ayustri is not liable for the advice, actions, or omissions of any expert listed on the Platform.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Ayustri or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Ayustri has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ayustri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ayustri, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Certain features of Ayustri require payment of fees. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Consultation fees paid to experts are non-refundable once the session has commenced. If a session is cancelled by the expert, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Product purchases are subject to our return policy. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products are non-refundable unless defective.
