Refund & cancellation policy

Subscription plans

Ayustri subscription plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged for the following month.
Refund requests for subscription fees are accepted within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided no expert consultations included in the plan have been used. After 7 days, or once any included consultation has been redeemed, subscription fees are non-refundable for that billing cycle.
To request a refund, email yours@ayustri.com with your registered email address and order reference. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been completed. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 6 hours before your appointment time through the booking confirmation email or by contacting us at yours@ayustri.com.
If an expert cancels or is unavailable and we are unable to offer a suitable alternative time, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
No-shows (failing to attend a booked session without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund.

Personalised nutrition plans and other digital products are non-refundable once delivered, as they are created specifically for you based on your health profile and intake data.
If you believe there has been an error in your plan or you have not received what was promised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

Email yours@ayustri.com with the subject line 'Refund Request', your registered email address, order or booking reference number, and a brief description of your reason. Our team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.
